ABOUT

STEP Talk is a free online international exchange and English learning program designed for high school students. Our mission is to help teens build confidence in English through casual, meaningful conversations, while learning about cultures from around the world.

We first came together during a 3-day internship at Komuro Consulting Group. Sharing a passion for education and global issues, we formed STEP Talk to promote international connections and meaningful cultural exchange for high school students.

Founded by Ryo, a high school student passionate about global communication, STEP Talk brings together students from Japan and beyond in a safe, supportive environment.

We believe in learning by doing — no textbooks, no pressure, just real communication.
